It is great to have someone we can count on for ANY IT related situation in our business. I could give you many examples. Recently one of our devices wouldn't print to one of our printers. He fixed it within a few minutes. No muss, no fuss. He goes out of his way to provide great service, not excuses. Over the years I've proably referred more then a dozen clients to hime to solve problems. I've never had a complaint about his work. Recently I had, due to circumstances beyone my control, to use someone else for IT support. As soon as I could I returned to Jason for support.
